We are proud to present to you our high quality Carbon Stainless Steel Series and Damascus Series knives. All of our steels are imported from Japan. Our knives are made of VG-10 (HRC60~62) “super steel” which contains carbon, chromium, cobalt, manganese, molybdenum, silicon, and vanadium. This steel produces blades which are exceptionally sharp and have a long edge retention.  The result is that our knives cut meat easily and neatly.

Our knife handles are made with durable materials (TPR, Pakkawood, Micarta) which produce beautiful non-slip, anti-bacteria handles which are comfortable to use and easy to clean.   

Our main concept is to have the “best quality products" to provide to our customers. We are continually exploring ways to improve our quality and expand the variety of knives for professional chefs and cooking enthusiasts.
